Estimates are based on the conditions observed at the time of inspection. Hidden or additional damage discovered during the work may change the scope and cost, which we will communicate to you. Work proceeds only after you authorize it.

Insurance

We can document damage and coordinate with your insurance carrier, but we are not an insurance company or a public adjuster, and we do not guarantee any particular claim outcome or coverage decision. Coverage is determined solely by your insurer under your policy.
